Your made to order product will arrive to you in an estimated 12-16 weeks due to customisation of the product.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, and is to be paid upfront with your order. Shipping cost is dependent on location, size of package and weight.
If you have a business address, we can provide a customised shipping quote reducing costs for you. To request a quote, contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
When your product arrives to our warehouse from our manufacturer, we will complete our quality control process and organise the delivery of your product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our lead time of 12-16 weeks is an estimate. We do not hold responsibility for changes to this timeframe and will keep in constant communication should there be any changes.
Capsule Luxe is not responsible for variations in fabric colours. There may be slight differences in colour from what you see in the product images. While we strive for minimal variation, it is impossible to guarantee a perfect colour match between digital images and in person.
No returns will be accepted on made to order items due to the custom nature of these products.
