HOW DO I START THE PROCESS WITH YOU?
We would LOVE to work with you, and help transform your dream space into a reality!
To begin the process, simply contact us and we will be in touch to have a chat about your visions and what we can do to help bring them to life!
HOW DOES THE BESPOKE ORDER PROCESS WORK?
To put it simply, we work through three stages; Consult, Design and Deliver.
We begin by chatting through your visions, dreams and expectations and create a moodboard to help guide the creative process. Capsule Luxe then go and find pieces from our range that suit your vision, and present these options to you.
Once these are chosen, we start the design process which involves choosing materials, colours and dimensions for your selected pieces. We have many different materials and colours to select from, and are more than happy to offer suggestions on colour and material combinations we think will suit your space.
Once this is confirmed, we begin manufacturing where we work with our trusted global manufacturers to create your pieces. This can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, and once complete we will carry out our quality control process and then organise freight directly to your premises!
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
The timeframe of our bespoke order process will vary depending on how clear of a vision you have, and the size/complexity of the order.
If you have a clear vision of the furniture and aesthetic you are seeking then the consultation process will be rather quick. If you are coming to Capsule Luxe with a broad idea of what you are looking for and require a deeper assistance in designing your space, then this process will take longer.
Once the consultation process is complete, we will communicate a clear time frame for manufacturing and delivery to you.
If for any reason your order has been delayed, we will be in contact and ensure you are kept up to date with all major steps in the process.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE OF YOUR FULL RANGE?
Yes. If you want to view our catalogue to see the extensive range of pieces we have in our collection, please contact us and check the "Would you like a catalogue sent to your email?" box.
We also have an online lookbook which you can view here, with some of our favourite pieces to date!
Please note, we have over 1000+ pieces to customise, and therefore cannot fit them all in a catalogue but can assure you that if you want something specific, the chances are we can get it for you!
HOW DOES FREIGHT AND SHIPPING WORK?
For large bespoke orders (determined on a case by case basis) we will organise freight directly from our manufacturer to your premises. This ensures that the freight component of the service is efficient, reliable and cost effective as we partner with global logistic company's to help get your order from A to B.
For smaller bespoke orders that do not fill a shipping container, we will organise freight from our manufacturer to our warehouse. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to organise local delivery/pickup of your order.
DO YOU REQUIRE UPFRONT PAYMENT FOR BESPOKE ORDERS?
To begin the creative process, we offer FREE consultations. This allows us to understand your vision and requirements, and ensure we can provide you with suitable options to fulfill your vision!
Once the consultation process is complete and you want to move ahead, we require a 50% deposit before the manufacturing process commences.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY BESPOKE ORDER?
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted on bespoke furniture orders as they are customised to suit your unique aesthetic, and cannot be re-sold by Capsule Luxe.
Throughout the process, we will ensure all of your chosen pieces are confirmed and dimensions, materials and colours are signed off on before proceeding to the manufacturing stage.
DO YOU HAVE A LOCAL SHOWROOM?
As we are a bespoke furniture company, all of the pieces we design are one of a kind and therefore not available in a showroom.
If you want detailed pictures/videos of materials or woods etc. please contact us and we can provide these to you.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SERVICE?
Currently, we work with businesses located in Australia.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes. If you are in Perth, WA and have a vehicle large enough to fit your order then you are more than welcome to pickup.
Once your custom order has arrived to our warehouse, we will be in contact with you to organise delivery or pickup depending on your preference.
HOW WILL YOU UPDATE ME ON THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
We will be in direct contact with you at all major steps of the process. We can assure you that your order is in good hands, and we will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
