We don’t do one-off pieces, we curate and source cohesive collections of custom furniture from our trusted international supplier, at cost price. From selecting the perfect pieces and designs to managing manufacturing, international shipping, and installation, we handle it all. Elevated Perception, Elevated Value: Premium spaces communicate success. Our bespoke furniture increase the perceived value of your brand, products, and services. This will amplify your reach and turn your space into a high converting marketing asset.
We meet for a consultation session (in person or virtual) where we analyse your space and assess what furniture pieces are required. We chat about your vision, desired aesthetic and any feature pieces that are non negotiable for you. Your project budget, timelines and other constraints are discussed in this stage also.
1/ CONSULT AND DESIGN BRIEF
OUR PROCUREMENT PROCESS
Firstly, we conduct research to gain insight into your business, better understanding your target customers/clients, competitors and industry specific information. We then put together a file of potential furniture pieces that we think will suit your space, where you provide feedback on these selections.
2/ COLLABORATION
Once your furniture selections are all finalised, measurements and materials are selected. An order is then placed with our manufacturer, and a quote will be provided for approval. The manufacturer will provide drawings for each item ordered, and once approved the official manufacturing will commence.
3/ MANUFACTURING
We facilitate all communications with the manufacturer so you don't have to worry. We collaborate with the design team to ensure your visions are executed, and make sure the manufacturer is adhering to timelines. We will provide regular updates throughout the whole process, and organise quality control checks.
4/ ONGOING COMMUNICATION
Whilst manufacturing is well underway, we work with freight providers to obtain quotes. We also communicate with the manufacturer and freight company to obtain all relevant documents required for transport and duties, ensuring the process remains as streamlined as possible for you.
5/ FREIGHT AND DELIVERY
When your furniture arrives, we love to check in and make sure we have exceeded all your expectations. If any furniture pieces arrive with slight marks or imperfections due to transportation, we organise a cleaner to visit your site and rectify any issues. We also provide installation if necessary.
6/ INSTALL & AFTERCARE
The below outlines our design and procurement process from beginning to end. We work closely with our exclusive international manufacturer to design and produce quality furniture and decor that is unique to your space. From your initial vision through to the fitout stage, we organise everything to make the process enjoyable and stress free.
